Obituary of Donald F Murdock

Donald F. Murdock of Greer SC, formerly of Pittsford NY passed away peacefully on August 19, 2016. Peredeceased by his beloved wife, Eleanor of 63 years. Survived by his 2 daughters, Cheri (Gretchen) and Linda Schrom (Jeffrey); grandson, Tony Lupinetti (fiancee Jessica); granddaughter, Shauna Lupinetti-Westfall (Jamie); great-grandsons. Donovan and Samuel; great-granddaughters, Reghan and Everleigh; sister, Nancy Smith; and many nieces and nephews. Don was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War, a longtime member of the Pittsford Volunteer Fire Department and Exempts. Co-founder of the Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance Corps., Past Commander of the Monroe County VFW and the Pittsford VFW Post. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 24th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 10:00am for both Donald and Eleanor who died on December 16, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pittsford Fire Department Exempts or the American Diabetes Association.
