Obituary of James Richard Mullard

Mullard, James R. Pittsford: Passed away peacefully Feb. 1, 2010. Jim was born in Erie, PA. July 20, 1929. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Audrey; his sons, James Jr.(Sharon), John (Grace), Thomas (Elizabeth); his daughters, Dinah (John C.) Needham and Mary (Michael) Young; 11 grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Suzanne, Kathleen (Clint), Joanna (Zachary), Ellee, Maggie, Molly, Charlie, Jack and Samuel and a great granddaughter, Annabelle. Jim graduated from Strong Vincent High School, Erie, PA ,served in the 82nd Airborne and was on the golf and football teams at Penn State University. As his father before him, he was a successful life insurance agent beginning his service to the Rochester community in 1960. Throughout his life he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend and outstanding athlete who enjoyed many happy hours golfing, hunting, skiing, boating and most of all fishing. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on SATURDAY February 6 at 11 am at The Church of the Transfiguration, 50 West Bloomfield Road, Pittsford, NY.
