Patricia A. (Needham) Cichetti, 77, of Penfield, NY, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. 

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Wayne R. Cichetti of Penfield, NY; 3 daughters, Lisa M. Geraci (Joe), Sandra L. Cichetti, Stacie A. Welch (Shawn); 4 grandchildren, Cole W. Cichetti (Brooke), Hunter M. Sturges, Connor L. Welch, Chloe A. Welch and 2 great grandchildren, Wayne M. Cichetti and Paisley M. Cichetti; 1 sister, Brenda L. Snider of Alabama; 1 brother, Scott C. Needham (Lori) of West Bloomfield; several nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Rosa Needham of Alabama; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Dorothy Needham of Florida; brother-in-law, Edward Snider of Alabama; father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Helen Cichetti of Rochester, NY. 

Patricia was a 1965 graduate of East Rochester.  She retired from East Irondequoit Central School District as a District Registrar with over 30 years of service.  Previous employment included Stromberg Carlson and Joyce Construction. 

She was a lifetime member of the First Baptist Church of East Rochester where she was the choir director for many years and enjoyed singing about her Lord and Savior.  Patricia enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, traveling with her husband every year to Alabama to visit family and friends, bowling, knitting ceramics, along with many other hobbies. 

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 17, 2-5 p.m. at Harloff Funeral Home, 803 S. Washington Street, East Rochester.  Her Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church of East Rochester, 119 Elm Street, East Rochester, Monday, August 18 at 10:00 a.m.  Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre. 

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
