Elizabeth "Betty" Palermi McPhee, 94, a lifelong resident of East Rochester, NY, passed away peacefully with her two daughters by her side on Saturday August 30th, 2025. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years Raymond J. McPhee. Also predeceased by her parents, Raphael Palermi and Mary Tempestilli Sciortino; sister, Sylvia DiMatteo; brother, Anthony Palermi; step-father, Frank Sciortino; and step-sister; Teresa Papa. Elizabeth "Betty" is survived by her children, Janet (Don) Williams, Richard (Maryellen) McPhee, and Stacey (Joel) Cuminale; grandchildren, Brad (Erin) Williams, Stephen (Emily) Williams, Catherine (Mack) Smith, Erin (Jared) Eliseo. Richard (Shannon) McPhee, Heather Cuminale, and Elizabeth Cuminale; great grandchildren, Stephen, Carolyn, and Clare Williams, Tristan and Michael Williams, Kellen and Joseph Smith, Emma and Connor Eliseo, Jayce, Declan and Adalee McPhee; Sister-in-law Lilian Grausnick; also, many cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends.

Friends are welcome to call September 5th, from 4:00pm -7:00pm, at Harloff Funeral Home, 803 S. Washington St. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 6th, at 10AM, at St. Jerome’s Church, 207 Garfield St. Entombment will follow at White Haven Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the East Rochester Fire Department. 415 Main Street, East Rochester, NY 14445
