Julia (Tortorici) Aloisio
Peacefully passed away on January 11, 2026, at the age of 98. Julia is predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Lorenzo Aloisio. She is survived by her three children, Patricia (Mark) Ziemba, Dominic (Mary) Aloisio, and Jane (Leonard) Shebert. Julia was a devoted wife, sister and mother. She was extremely proud of her seven grandchildren and eight great grandsons.
Julia led a full life centered around East Rochester where she lived her entire life. She volunteered at the ER Resource Center for many years. You would often find Julia at garage sales with her sisters. She also enjoyed working at S&H Green Stamps many years ago. Julia was an excellent cook. Her homemade pies, egg on bread, and potato salad were family favorites. She loved game shows and going out to lunch. She enjoyed planting marigolds from seeds and sewing baby bibs and party bags for her grandchildren. Julia was the matriarch of a large loving family and she will be dearly missed.
