Caterina Alampi of East Rochester passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 81.  She is predeceased by her husband, Nicola, and survived by her children, Joanna Gould, Domenico (Kathy) Alampi, Vincenzo Alampi and Antonio Alampi; 2 grandchildren, Bartley (Kelli) Gould and Jason (Jordynn) Gould; 4 great grandchildren, Sawyer, Rowan, Natalie and Mollie Gould; many nieces and nephews including  Domenico (Laura) Alampi,  Joanna Alampi and Nicola (Melissa) Alampi; many great nieces and nephews including Madison and Nicholas Alampi. 

Caterina loved gardening and her long walks around East Rochester.  She loved spending time with family and her pasta Sundays.  All holidays started at her home and she loved to entertain.  

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 4-7 p.m. at Harloff Funeral Home, 803 S. Washington Street, East Rochester, NY.  Caterina’s Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 10:00 a.m., St. Jerome’s Church, 207 Garfield Street, East Rochester.  Entombment will be at White Haven Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation in her memory to St. Jerome’s Church.
