Obituary of John Grant

Grant, John East Rochester: Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, November 30, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by his daughter, Dorothy Grant Ludwig; son, John R. Grant and siblings, George, Helen Clement & Kay Baird. Loving father, Devoted grandfather & great grandfather. John enjoyed a good joke, simple pleasures and lived his life to the fullest. US Army Veteran - Korea. Survived by daughters, Sandi C. Grant & June (Steven) Jones; granddaughters, Halley, Chelsea & Meredith Erhardt; great granddaughter, Dylan Grace; many loved nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members & friends. Donated his body to the University of Rochester Anatomical Gift Program. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on WEDNESDAY December 7, 2011 in All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army or Lollypop Farm would be appreciated. "Thanks to all the staff at RGH 5800 unit for their kindness, respect and care in easing his journey."
