Predeceased by husband, Michael; granddaughter, Jacqueline Forrest; parents; 3 sisters; 3 brothers-in-law; 1 sister-in-law and step-great grandson, Jordan McIntosh. Survived by children, Leonard (Barbara) DeGregory & Joan (James) Forrest; 2 grandchildren, Natalie & James (Meghan) Forrest; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Angelina Mistretta; brother-in-law, Patsy Deleo (Elaine); nieces & nephews; step-grandchildren, Laurel (Calvin) Mason, Pamela (Steve) Kennedy, Gabriel Zanche, Jr. & Michael (Michelle) Zanche; 8 step-great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in June of 2012.
