Obituary of Francis Anthony Potempa

Potempa, Francis A. Fairport: December 11, 2011 at the age of 75 years. Predeceased by his mother, Charlotte Strapp and 2 sisters, Norma & Joyce. Loving husband, father & grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Georgeanna; children, Colleen (Robert) Farmer, Christie (Roger) Morrison, Kevin (Patricia) Potempa & Carrie (Randall) Ogi; grandchildren, Jason, Justin & Morgan Farmer, Jonathan, Michaela, Zackary & Christian Morrison, Alexander Potempa and Derek, Ryan & Alyssa Ogi. Francis was an avid golfer playing regularly with his family and friends. Francis' family will receive friends on THURSDAY 4-8pm at the HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am on FRIDAY at St. John of Rochester Church, 8 Wickford Way in Fairport.
