Obituary of Diana Marie Boyle

Boyle, Diana M. "DeDe" (Genovese) Honeoye, Formerly of Albany: March 11, 2012. Surrounded by her loving family, DeDe has left us much too soon. She has left a void that fills our hearts with numbing sadness, but also with ever-lasting memories of humor, wit and love. Predeceased by her parents, Andrew & Althea Genovese. DeDe leaves behind her loving and devoted partner, Paul J. McShane; his children, T. Patrick McShane II (Kelly Winjum), Kathleen McShane-Nicholas (TJ); and of course, our sweet, Sophia Louise; Paul's father, Thomas "Papa" McShane (Kay Matthews); Paul's brother, Richard Tucker (Carol); Paul's sister and DeDe's loving best friend, Maureen McShane Cardone; DeDe's sister, Joanne Genovese (David Kramer) and her son, Andrew; Keelie, her Labradoodle who remained by her side throughout this sad journey; also by loving nieces, nephews & cousins. "Many thanks to her doctors, nurses and hospice caregivers, good neighbors & friends who selflessly helped and shared this past 2 years with us, especially Guy & Cindy Ward." DeDe's family will receive friends from 11-2pm on SATURDAY March 17, 2012 at the HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester where a celebration to DeDe will be held at the conclusion of the calling (2:00pm).
