Obituary of Gerald Joseph Klick

Klick, Gerald J. "Jerry" "Joe" East Rochester: September 19, 2012 at age 88. Survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Doris (Cook) Klick; daughters, Sheryl Klick & Kathleen Pitts; granddaughters, Jessalyn, Emma Louise & Claudia; many family, friends & neighbors. Jerry retired from the Village of East Rochester where he was the operator & foreman of the East Rochester Water Department. He was also a member of the East Rochester Volunteer Fire Department, the Mendon Conservation League and the Genesee Conservation League. Jerry was a WWII US Army Veteran serving in New Guinea as a gun pointer. An avid outdoorsman, gardener and "Handyman", (If you could think it up, He could make it!). "The family would like to thank the staff of Highland Hospital E7 and the Fairport Baptist Home A3 for their compassion, kindness & devotion in making his last days comfortable." Friends may call FRIDAY 2-4, 7-9pm at the HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester. Jerry's Funeral Service will be held at 10:30am on SATURDAY in All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park.
