Fairport - On July 23, 2018 at age 90. Jerry is predeceased by his wife, Pauline; sister, Angie. He is survived by his children, Peter (Rosalie) and Donna (Sam) Muto; grandchildren, Jerry (Kaitlyn) and Peter (fiancé, Ezela Salazar); great-grandchildren, Jackson and Corrine; sisters, Jenny Carriola and Mary Pedulla; special friend, Shirley Tuites.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Highlands Living Center for their compassionate care.

Friends may call Thursday, July 26, 5-8 PM at Harloff Funeral Home, 803 S. Washington Street, East Rochester. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, July 27, 10 AM at St. Jerome's Church, 207 Garfield Street, East Rochester. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
