ERCN owes its start to Gene's determination and belief that a community access TV station would benefit the community. Without his persistence, the station would have never gotten off the ground. Gene contributed many good ideas over the past 26 years of the station's existence including production upgrades and web streaming. I will miss his input, his praise and his critiques. Gene had a kind heart and was always willing to help others in need. John Schroth
