Obituary of Marie F. Lombardo

Marie F. Lombardo (Meranto) of Pittsford passed away January 27, 2019.  She was predeceased by her sons, G. Joseph Lombardo and Nicholas Lombardo.  Marie is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, G. Joseph Lombardo; sons, Michael (Amy) Lombardo and John (Julie) Lombardo; grandchildren, John D. (Amy) Lombardo, Greta Lombardo, Kristina (Duane) Brown and Amanda (Brandon) Lombardo; great-grandchildren, Mira, Daniel and Dominic; sisters, Elaine Meranto and Ann Hoversten.

A magnificent, elegant, humble, loving, naturally beautiful woman who had a deep faith in God.  Her illustrious character was formed by her education at Stella Niagara Boarding School. Her best gift ever was her family who she cherished and loved. Everyone knew her for her positivity and how she never had a negative thing to say.

No prior calling. Marie's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 10 AM at St. John of Rochester Church, 8 Wickford Way, Fairport, NY 14450. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. Those wishing may direct donations to the Church in Marie's memory.
