Penfield - On April 16, 2019 at age 75. Kathleen is predeceased by her husband, Bernard. She is survived by her children, Christine (Dale) Jost and Bernard Jr.; granddaughter, Samantha Maimone; brothers, William (Joey) MacBlane and Michael (Donna) MacBlane; sister, Joann Middleton and twin sister, Marleen MacBlane; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Harloff Funeral Home, 803 S. Washington St., E. Rochester on Wednesday, April 24, 4-7 PM. Her Memorial Service will be held Thursday, 10 AM at All Season's Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd., Pittsford. Interment to follow.
