There are a lifetime of memories as we all grew up with our cousins as our best friends - still true today. Some of fondest and most fun memories of time spent with Kathy were on the weekends she and her sisters would travel down to our house and we would all go to NYC for long weekends that always started and ended with a Yankee Game! ... and a trip to eat in Little Italy! I loved arguing with her about who were the best and most favorite Yankees ever.
On those weekends she loved to simply sit on our back deck overlooking the river in the morning with her coffee (and my dog) and 'cherish' her time alone before we all woke up and invaded her space.
And I would be remiss if I did not mention and thank her for all those pies, cakes and cookies she made to share with all of us to celebrate any and every occasion...weddings, picnics, baptisms, graduations, birthdays, holidays and Saturday afternoon coffee. My mother, Aunt Margaret, always said that Kathy made the best coconut cream pie and lasagna out of all of us! And she always sent Michael to bring that lasagna (and everything else) to Aunt Margaret every time she made it .... for that we are still thankful. Rest in Peace, Kathy ... we love you,
P

Kathy was a loyal, loving friend from our younger years. Always friendly and full of fun.
We have many fond memories of Kathy. A picture of her in front of "Greeks" and one at a class reunion.
She worked hard her whole life caring for her boys.
May she rest in peace among the angels.
Love to her family.

One of my fondest memories growing up was attending the holiday parties she put on. We referred to her as " Aunt Kathy and even though there was no relation it always was a comfortable fit. We were part of the Allen clan and she was in a relationship with my uncle. Kathy we loved you then and will always. Please rest in Peace.
