Obituary of Santo R. Valenti

Santo R. Valenti of Pittsford died on June 16, 2020 at age 95. Predeceased by his parents John and Rose, and his wife, Constance. Santo is survived by 2 daughters Rosanne Valenti (Patrick Bonadefe) and Lisa (Patrick) Cronin; 2 grandchildren, Patrick Bonafede and Stephanie (Scott) Wheeler; great-granddaughter, Reagan Rose Wheeler. Santo didn’t let being deaf interfere with his ability to live life to the fullest. As a child he attended the Rochester School for the Deaf where he was active in sports and extracurricular activities, as well as participating in Boy Scouts, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. After graduating high school, he attended RIT where he studied Lithography and Photography. After graduating from RIT he married, raised a family and went to work for Lawyers Co-operative Publishing Company (now Reuters) for over 40 years. In addition to his career and family, Santo continued to pursue and enjoy his life-long passion for model train collecting, travel, photography, horology and military history. Services were held privately at the convenience of the family.
