Obituary of John Thomas Cira

Cira, John T. East Rochester: After fighting a courageous battle John went peacefully to be with God, December 31, 2012. Survived by his loving wife, Janet; his devoted daughters, Debbie (Tom) Sicker, Lisa Trimble, Barbara Miller, Melissa (Matt) Ricci and beloved grandfather to Cosimo, Carly, Avery, Colton, Jake, Mackenna, Sam, John Thomas, & Eli, whom he adored. His voice will be greatly missed at his grandchildren's sporting events. Dad touched every person he met with his friendly smile. John was an US Army Veteran and in his final years worked as a special needs children's attendant for Pittsford Transportation. Friends may call THURSDAY 4-8pm at HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester. John's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on FRIDAY at St. Jerome's Church.
