Thomas W. Sommer (Roberts) East Rochester-Passed away on April 2, 2021 at age 48. He is predeceased by his partner of 21 years, Tammy Roberts. Tom is survived by his son, Jordan Roberts, step-son, Michael Baker, parents, Gerard Sommer and Katharine Bockstedt, four brothers, Christopher (Lisa) Sommer, Matthew (Heather) Sommer, Jason (Jennifer) Sommer, Stephen Sommer, sister, Rachel Lynn (Ben) Green, and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
