Obituary of Helen Florence Wojick

Wojick, Helen (Checho) East Rochester: Passed away February 12th, 2013 at the age of 87. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Peter "Casey" Wojick and her brothers, Frank, John, Joe & Donald, and sisters, Margaret, Mary & Mildred. Helen is survived by her sons, Thomas (Janet), Donald (Julie) & Martin (Stephanie), and her grandchildren, Daniel (Lindsay), Christopher, Terence, Jeffrey, Brittany, Kevin "KC", and great grandchild, Clayton. She is also survived by a very special niece, Heather (Paul) Achtziger, and sister-in-law, Bevra Checho, along with many nieces and nephews. Helen was a long time resident of East Rochester and a 25 yr. employee of Eastman Kodak. She loved arts and crafts, gardening, and cooking for her family. But her passion was dancing. She was the bell of the ball at many family parties out at Lima Golf Course, whirling around the floor with brother, Frank. Friends may call FRIDAY 3-7pm at the HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester. Helen's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on SATURDAY at St. Jerome's Church. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the East Rochester Senior Center.
