Obituary of Lucy Ann Carter

Lucy Ann Rosati Carter East Rochester - 96, of East Rochester, NY passed away on November 19th, 2021 in Ellicott City, MD. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Jerome's Church on December 2nd at 10am with Father William Leone. Burial will follow at White Haven. Visitation will be held at Harloff Funeral Home on December 1st from 4pm to 7pm. Lucy was born in Rochester to Angelo and Carmella Rosati on December 29th, 1924. Married to William Carter for 63 years and had one daughter. She worked for American Can in Fairport for 37 years. Lucy is survived by her daughter, Susan; son-in-law, Robert Cooley; grandchildren, Brooke Chrzanowski and Ryan Cooley.
