Obituary of Frances Susan Seeley

France S. Seeley of East Rochester passed away on April 25, 2022 at age 89. Predeceased by her husband, Laurence; sister, Flora Lane; brother, Chester Lane. Frances is survived by her children, David (Stacie Webster) Seeley and Stephanie Seeley; grandson, Parker Seeley; brother, Douglas Lane; nieces and nephews. No prior calling. Her Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2022 10AM at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers those wishing may direct donations to the Alzheimers Association in her memory.
