Before Filbert St, Billy lived next door to us on McKinley St. He was the apple of Elsie and George's eye! Later, I babysat for Sharon and Sandy's kids. I remember Billy being such a nice guy. So sorry for the family. Sending condolences from the Dunn family

I had the pleasure of growing up next door to Billy for at least 20 years in ER. He was like an older brother to me, I will cherish the memories of West Filbert St., and Keuka Lake... Till we meet again..love you...Mary Kay

I have many great memories growing up with Bill, also known as "Willis" to many of his friends from long ago. He was my best friend and always made me feel as though I was part of his family. So many adventures and a few misadventures along the way. Rest in peace my friend.
