Dear family of Helene, What a delight and privilege it was to know your mom and live next door to her for 12 years (in their old house). She was so fun to know and hear her stories of her and Tom and the family! She made our time in Rochester special! We think of her often and miss her still. She made us feel so welcome to a new city and the neighborhood.. Condolences to all the family from Rick, Pat and Anna Olson.

My aunt Helene loved art and travel, and was always deeply engaged with the world. She was one of the people I always looked forward to speaking with at family gatherings. She was a great listener, and I always ended up learning something from her. She will be missed, but she will never be forgotten.

Dear Mrs. Robinson's Family, What an honor to have been close to this family growing up, and to have remained close with Nanette throughout my life. Your Mom was bigger than life to me. She had a warm and welcoming personality, made that even more special with her wonderful French accent. I've yet to go to France, but visiting Harwood Lane, was like experiencing a sliver of Europe. I admired the way she decorated, the artwork on the walls, her beautiful wardrobe and the way she carried herself, in such a French way, elegant, classy and self assured. I also appreciated her cooking and all the new and delicious foods I was able to experience at her table. Finally, she was so kind to me. She and Nanette threw me a memorable and beautiful shower, amongst many memorable times together. I loved and admired her. She truly was a glorious force of nature, and I was blessed to have known her. God Bless you all. Love, Michelle List

To The Robinson Family, We are so sorry to hear of your Moms passing but are really thankful for knowing her, especially growing up with you in East Rochester and at the Brick Church. Your Mom was so welcoming to us when we would ride our bikes through the woods to Hardwood Lane from Roosevelt Rd. to visit with you. As kids, we were so impressed with your "International Mom" and her very French accent. Please know we are all thinking of you during this time of mourning and wish we could have been with you at her funeral. She lead a very full and meaningful life. My American Mom! The lady who took me in her house and in her heart when I was away from my family at a young age feeling lonely and homesick! Our tea time chats over art, history, human nature, Europe etc etc…Her kindness and generocity ! Her laugh her energy! The way she cared about others! To the Robinson family and to Dan, my deepest condolences on Mrs. Robinson's passing.she was always cheerfull and uplifting. It was very special to grow up with Dan, his siblings and parents, they helped make me a better person. God bless the Robinson family.
