Obituary of Marie E. Sweet

Predeceased by mother  Grace Herald and father Donald Herald, mother in law Antoinette Sweet, father in law Malfred Sweet.  Survived by husband Thomas E. Sweet, children Thomas J. Sweet (Linda Sweet), Darlene Collins-Masclee (James Masclee), Danielle Sweet-Windheim (Chad Windheim). Grandchildren, Serena Collins, Alyssa Sweet, Ryan Sweet, Brayden Masclee.  Marie's greatest joy in life was her family. She always made sure that everyone was happy and loved, with a huge heart that she wore on her sleeve.  Marie and her husband Tom, of 56yrs, met when they were just 12 and 14yrs old. They lived one street away from each other and rode the school bus together. A couple of years later they became a couple and have been together everyday since.  She worked endlessly taking care of her family. She loved to cook and bake and boy was she good at both. She had a love and appreciation for music and singing and had an amazing voice. One of her favorites to sing along to was Brenda Lee and she sounded a lot like her when she would belt out one of her songs. She checked on all of her loved ones daily. No one in her family ever doubted that they were deeply loved by her and could count on her to be there anytime.
