I have to say "Thank You" to the Weise Family, the Saglimben Family, and the DeVito Family (our parents) for creating such wonderful memories for us children that will last a lifetime. So many memories of Christmas Eves at the Weise home and Midnight Masses with our families. So many memories of Mr. Weise's Basketball Camp, Allegany Basketball and St. Bonaventure Basketball. Our families have always been so close, and our parents built that. Mrs. Weise was such a central part of those memories. She was as genuine, friendly and loving as they come, she cared and loved us kids as much as her own children. She had the biggest heart in the room - cared for everyone. Mrs. Weise was a tremendous mother and such a wonderful friend to my mother. My sincere condolences to the Weise Family for your loss. Stay strong together during this time, as I know you will. God Bless you Mrs. Weise and may you rest in peace.

Here is a picture of the Corea Family with Julie and Larry in attendance hosted by Carey and Janice Corea at their home. We enjoyed Julie's effervescent recollection of many wonderful family memories. No one could tell or remember these stories better than Julie. God. bless you, Julie.

With deepest sympathy to Coach Weise and family. Julie was the flower girl in my parents wedding. From the time I decided to go to St Bonaventure my mother insisted I visit Julie and introduce myself. Julie made it very evident that the community at St. Bonaventure was much like that of East Rochester. . We were all one big family who cared for each other and she was only a phone call away if help was needed. Never will forget that day and how gracious and kind she was to me. My parents certainly knew how to chose the most beautiful flower girl. Jack Rosati

Julie was a great storyteller. She shared stories about the band her father was in … the greatest moments in St Bonaventure basketball… the great accomplishments of her husband, children and grandchildren… what a smile she had! Always welcoming you into her fold… I always laughed about Larry having “Julie duty”… she was a beautiful person inside and out!❤️

My first thoughts when I heard the passing of Mrs Weise was Julie, Lenora and my mom Rose are together in heaven. They were the best of friends. Maybe they are rollerblading. I will never forget the Christmas Eve's spent at the Weise's, then going to Mass. She was a beautiful and kind woman. Wishing you all peace and comfort. Forever remembered, forever missed.
Love, Rich and Karen (Saglimben) Silloway
