So sad to hear that Fran had passed she also was like a mom to me since I was friends with Carla and Donna since the 70’s living right down the street. Fran welcomed anyone into her home. One of fav memories of Fran is she was always very truthful and if you had a question or might of been thinking about something that probably wasn’t in your best interest she would tell you the truth…with love. I cannot even tell you the countless times I was included in family dinners and holidays! Omg and those Christmas cookies we used to sneak makes for great memories!!xo you will be missed but I know you are surrounded by family and friends that went before you! RIP Fran xo

Fran was like a second mom to me. I have fond memories of spending time at the Cilano home. Fran always welcomed you with open arms. She will be missed by her family and so many in the East Rochester Community. Til we meet again Fran… Love you. ❤️

She was my Frannie-Mom, and I loved her with all my heart. I've known her since we moved down the street from the Cilano family in 1968. From sleepovers, to birthdays, vacations, graduations, weddings, and funerals, she was a constant in my life. She provided me with her strength, her caring, and her unwavering love. Her beautiful soul is now at peace, surrounded by her loved ones, in the presence of God. Save me a spot, Frannie-Mom. I love you.

I met Mrs. Cilano through my friend Donna. Years ago, my hubby cut down a tree for her and she made him the BEST pasta dinner he ever had! My sincere condolences to her family.
