August 31, 1968-January 12, 2025

Tom passed away suddenly from cancer, surrounded by his family and friends.

Predeceased by his father, Frank and his mother, Katie, Tom is survived by his son, Charlie Cresov O’Connell; siblings, Susan (Bob) Webster, Chris (Jaime) O’Connell, Katie (Arlo) O’Connell; nephew, Zach; niece, Annie; aunts, uncle, cousins and life long friends.  Everybody loved Tommy, and Tommy loved everyone, but he loved no one more than his son, Charlie. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 24 at 1 PM, at All Season's Chapel,  White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534.  A celebration will be held immediately following (to be determined). 

Gone too soon, Tom has left us with so many memories and he would want us to continue to laugh, have fun and live life to the fullest.
