Hahn, Gerard L. "Poppy"
Penfield: August 22, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. Jerry was predeceased by his brother James & son-in-law Eric Cederstrom. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Fran Scumaci; adored by his children Suzanne (David) Miller, Lin Cederstrom, Lori (Scott) Walton & Michael Hahn; grandchildren Nathan & Lauren Cederstrom, David & Joanna Miller and Daniel & Michael Walton; siblings Edward (Rosemary), Robert (Shirley), and Herbert (Carolyn) Hahn, Virginia (Donald) Mosher, and Lorraine (Carol Clothier) Hahn; sisters-in-law Ann (Donald) Brown & Marjorie (Bill) Bridson; many nieces & nephews; and loving canine companion Mitzi.
There will be no prior visitation. Jerry's funeral mass will be 11 AM on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 7, at St Jerome's Church in East Rochester.
