Obituary of Thomas Patrick Mc Shane

Mc Shane, Thomas P. East Rochester: November 30, 2013. With heavy hearts we share the passing of our Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, and very special friend. Predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Louise Schick Tucker Mc Shane; brothers, Bill (Lillian) and Jimmy; sisters, Virginia (Saverio) and Dorothy (Charles). Survived by sons, Richard Tucker (Carol), Paul John (our Dede, 03/11/12), and daughter, Maureen Cardone; also his loving sister, Joan (Charles). They relished in his love and humor: Grandchildren, Amy Bruce (Taylor), Beth Rouse (Jay), Ric Tucker (Sara); T. Patrick Mc Shane (Kelly), Kathleen Mc Shane Nicholas (TJ); AnneMarie Cardone Sala, Jennifer Cecot (Nick), MaryBeth Cardone. Great grandchildren, Kendall Bruce; Carolyn, Maggie and Olivia Rouse; Jackson and William Tucker; Sophia Mc Shane and Maxwell Nicholas; Nico Sala; Alex Cecot. Our Dad is also survived by his special Love and Sweetheart, Catherine Matthews. Thanks for giving him so many years of joy. We love you Kay! You always made us feel welcome and your outstanding care was given with love." From Flatbush in Brooklyn to East Rochester, NY, this great man gave all of us his heart. From US Navy - WWII, 27 year career with East Rochester Police force and Ambulance Corps, watching out for the kids at ERHS after his retirement, his smile, good nature and bright blue eyes made us all feel better and made this world a better place. Friends may call WEDNESDAY 7-9pm and THURSDAY 4-8pm at the HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester. Tom's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on FRIDAY at St. Jerome's Church. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in his memory to, M.M.
