Obituary of Laura Ann Quinzi

Quinzi, Laura Ann (DiDomenico) East Rochester: January 24, 2014 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her parents, Mary & Ersilio DiDmenico and sister, Josephine (Joseph) Jusewicz. Survived by her loving family - son, John (Gerry) & daughter, Gerri Smith; grandchildren, Ken Smith, Lauren (Adam) Smith-Stowe & Laurie (Mark) Beauchamp; great grandchildren, Quinzi Stowe and Christopher & Jonathan Beauchamp; brother, Sam (Mary) DiDomenico; the Quinzi Family; many nieces & nephews and many, many friends. Laura attended East Rochester schools. She worked Stromberg-Carlson as a cost accountant and started working at Xerox in 1968 from where she retired as a mechanical engineer. Laura was a caregiver for her Mom for 12 years, taking care of her house, garden and everything else. She loved golf, gradening, playing cards with her friends and her family most of all. In later years, she loved playing (winning) bingo at the ER & Wenster Senior Centers and watching golf on TV. "If you knew her, you loved her" Friends may call THURSDAY 4-8pm at the HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester. Laura's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30am at St. Jerome's Church. Entombment in White Haven Memorial Park.
