Obituary of William Robert Haywood Jr.

William Robert Haywood, Jr. (April 12, 1922 – September 10, 2015) of Pittsford, NY. Bill was an artist, a musician, a businessman, and lover of all things beautiful – especially his family. He is predeceased by his parents William R. Haywood, Sr., Alice C. Haywood, and brother Bruce. Survived by his beloved wife of 61 years Maryanne. He was devoted to his children Liz Haywood-Sullivan (Michael) and William R. Haywood, III (Kathy), and his grandchildren Megan, Tyler, Bradley and Madelyn. Bill attended Hackley Prep School, Brown University, and was president of WRH Associates. He was on the vestry of Christ Church, Pittsford, a member of Pittsford Art Group, the Manhattan Group, New Horizons Band, volunteer for Reach Out Radio and Compeer, where he was a board member. Memorial Service and reception at Christ Church, Pittsford, on Saturday, September 26 at 2:00. Private burial at Kensico Cemetery in Tarrytown, NY.
