Obituary of Margaret Sara Mauro
Margaret (DeRosa) Mauro of East Rochester, formerly of Canandaigua, passed away February 15, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband, Victor "Ted" Mauro; sisters, Madeline Pacillo, Vee Rizzi, Helen Catalfamo and Ida Guerreri; brother, Frank DeRosa. Margaret is survived by her daughters, Florence Mauro (Heather Chadwick), Mary (Rick) Christie, Angela (Dan) Reggi; son, Pat (Heather) Mauro; grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony and Natalia Reggi, Victoria and Julia Mauro, Kara O'Neill and Erin White; great-grandchildren, Isabella, Gavin, Weston, R.J. and Lydia; sister, Rose Lenzi; brother, Donato DeRosa; many nieces and nephews.
Margaret's family would like to thank the special friends she made at Maplewood Estates in Fairport, NY for all the love, kindness and support shared with her in the past 7 years, especially Sam and Kalieigh.
Friends may call at Harloff Funeral Home, 803 S. Washington St. East Rochester, Wednesday 4-7PM. Margaret's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 9:30 AM at St. Jerome's Church, 207 S. Garfield St., East Rochester. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers kindly consider donations to St. Jerome's Church in her memory.
