Obituary of James Ralph Welch

James R. "Jamie" Welch of East Rochester passed away March 17, 2016 at age 18. Jamie is survived by his parents, Joseph and Victoria Welch; brothers, Jeremy (Sarah) Frohm and Joey Welch; sister, Erica Frohm; paternal grandparents, Joe and Janeen Welch; maternal grandmother, Geraldine Teeter; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; the love of his life, Amber Fuhry; many, many dear friends. Jamie is also survived by his biological mother, Joanne; sister, Chelsea and brother, Anthony. Friends may call at Harloff Funeral Home, 803 South Washington Street, East Rochester, Tuesday 3-8 PM. Jamie's Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 1 PM at the First Baptist Church, 119 West Elm Street, East Rochester, NY 14445. Interment, Pittsford Cemetery.
