I am so very sad to hear the news of dear Ed's death. It doesn't seem possible that that sweet , loving,
smart, funnier n' hell man could be gone. I have thought of Ed so many times in recent years & meant to ck in with him. He was a light in my earliest days @ Harbor.High School here in Santa Cruz CA, .. when I was groping just to hold all together: students, family, new career .... he'd pop in my door like clockwork every afternoon just as the last bell went off : with his goofy , sly grin & wry humor...always the perfect medicine for the young struggling me!
He loved my own kids... they'll be so saddened @ the news.
I extend a loving hug to you, his family & community. Thank you for the gift of Ed.
