I worked with Judy on committees in Livingston County. She was always a warm and caring member of the meetings. I loved the way she had of always being positive. Judy could explain what was new and different with the state and then say "its good, its all good". It was a pleasure working with her.

I had the privilege of meeting Judy through the March of Dimes grant in 2015. She was very highly thought of by her colleagues, & always went out of her way to be a resource on behalf of services for women.
We would share 'one interesting occurrence' at the beginning of our quarterly MOD's
meetings & I will always remember her being so thrilled to announce the engagement of both of her son's weddings, & how much joy that brought to her. She always shared an interesting occasion related to her family, & how much you all meant to her! We will
miss her tremendously! She also left quite a legacy through her work on behalf of women's health.
My sister-in-law & also friend passed away from pancreatic cancer & it's so hard to believe who this illness hits....& how devastating it is. My thoughts & prayers are with you. She was so proud of you all!

I had lunch with Judy on several occasions along with several Planned Parenthood friends. She was a special person to all of us, never forgot a joke that we shared and had a terrific sense of humor. She was a person that we loved and whose memories I will treasure. I miss her in the hallway and her occasional stop to chat in my office.

Judy and your family played a main role in the joyful days of my youth. I fondly remember the boats, games, after dinner adventures and campfires we shared. The fires hold a special place in my heart. Ya'll would sit and laugh, telling stories about the cottages and shenanigans that were above my head at the time, while we would run and romp, the "kiddos" playing tag in the dark. The popcorn that you would make on the fire I now make whenever I can at home. Not only do I love it and make it with devotion to days past, but it is loved by everyone who tries it. I now tell stories around campfires with Keuka Lake in my heart, seemingly coming full circle; I have Judy and the Sauer family to thank for that. Thank you. My heart goes out to you. May your home always be filled with light and love. You have cerrtainly made mine brighter.

Sending you all (and myself) love and prayers for peace and comfort. Judy is a gentle, loving and very kind soul who cares deeply about people. Many, many vulnerable women and men in Rochester received care and services because she was so dedicated and would make sure people got connected and the professionals she worked with knew about programs and how to access them. She truly is leaving scar on my heart.

It's so sad to say farewell to someone who has been a friend for so many years. Judy was always smart, funny, faithful, calm and caring. I don't ever recall her being angry or mean. Our busy lives caused us to drift apart as we raised families and went about our day-to-day lives, but we could always pick up right where we left off. We will miss you, Judy.
