Obituary of Augustina Sarah Muto

East Rochester: On April 24, 2018 at age 93. Augustina is predeceased by her husband, Patrick; son Michael. She is survived by her children, Sam (Donna), Patrick Jr., and Mary Ann; granddaughter, Jessica; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gus and Mary Ellen Tochelli; many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Episcopal Church Home for their compassionate care.

No prior calling. A graveside service will be held Friday, April 27, 11 AM at All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park. Memorial donations in Augustina's name may be directed to Lifetime Care Hospice, 3111 S. Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623.
