Obituary of Jason William Fouser

It is with great sadness that the family of Jason “Jake” William Fouser, age 40, announce his unexpected passing after a brief illness on June 1st, 2018.

Jake is survived by his loving wife and best friend of nearly 20 years, Anne (Nealon) Fouser, daughters Grace and Eve, parents Christine and Richard, brothers Michael (Christina) and Philip, nieces, nephews, as well as many other loving family members and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a “Celebration of life” at The Burgundy Basin in Perinton at 12:30pm on Friday, June 8th.
