I want to express my condolences to Wilber's family and friends, with deep appreciation for his incredible service to our country. As Supervisor of the Town of Brighton for 20 years, I had the privilege of meeting with survivors of the Battle of the Bulge. They were truly part of the "greatest generation" who helped protect and preserve democracy here and abroad. I am thinking of your family with the hope that fond memories will bring comfort in the days and months ahead. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Your Dad and Grandfather was a marvelous gentleman. I felt privileged to know both him and your Mom and looked forward to visiting them every Sunday evening at 7. I am so pleased that he celebrated his big milestone- 101. And he was so happy to think he made his own decision to move to the new apartment at the Legacy. I always felt I knew all of you as both your Mom and Dad spoke so fondly of each of you. God Bless!
