My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. I just found out about Charles passing and wanted to let you know he had an impact on my life. I worked with Charles at the Conflict Defenders Office years ago. He was wonderful to work for and I admired his work ethic and how he stood behind his staff. He was very supportive of what we needed to get our jobs done. We also shared our faith views on occassons, and he checked in with me now and then because he knew I had been a new widow. I wish more bosses were like him and thank God for the blessing he was to me. Hugs and prayers, Cynthia Howe

Johnny and I are sadden to learn of Chuck's passing. The photo in the paper is absolutely perfect - that is exactly how we were always greeted with that wonderful smile. Johnny remembers Chuck father Louis working at the Quill Room -- Valenti's restaurant as a bartender. At least once a week Johnny would see Chuck at the Busy Bee on Main Street--- Chuck and Johnny always had wonderful conversations of old times and Knights of Columbus. Lorraine God certainly will Bless you for the wonderful companion you were for 51 years. God Bless. Joanie and Johnny Valenti

Our sincere sympathy to all of Chuckie’s (as we use to call him as children) family. While time has brought us apart we so remember playing with Chuckie in the Saratoga and Jay Street neighborhood. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.

This is some of the saddest news I have had in a long time. I would not be where I am today had it not been for him! The sweetest, smartest, caring, honest and giving man I have had the pleasure of knowing. The only solitude I have is that I will see him again in heaven.

Chuck always greeted you with a smile and a warm welcome. He was a natural storyteller with a wonderful knack for making you feel comfortable. Some of the best Chuck memories relate to sports, including numerous baseball games from Rochester to Batavia to Cleveland. Here's a photo from his 1st professional hockey game in Buffalo in March 2018, seated next to his 2 favorite guys.
Noce family, we are so sorry for your loss, Chuck is already missed.

Sympathies to the Noce family. I remember Chuck from my employment at Rochester City Court in the 2000’s and Greece Town Court in the 90’s. Always a gentlemen never demanding or pushy in his requests, I enjoyed helping him with whatever he needed. I am deeply saddened that the is gone much too soon. May all your wonderful memories help to fill the void that I am sure you are experiencing today.
My Sincere Condolences-
Joan Irwin, Retired
