Obituary of Charles T. Noce

Charles T. Noce Pittsford - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 19, 2022 at age 74. He was a practicing attorney for fifty years, serving in private practice and later serving as the Monroe County Conflict Defender. He graduated from Niagara University and the University at Buffalo Law School. Above all else, Charles valued his family. He was driven by his Catholic faith and was called to serve God through helping others. Charles lived his life with humor, intellect and integrity. Charles is predeceased by his parents, Louis and Irene Noce. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Lorraine (Barbera) Noce; children, Louis (Ann) and Joseph (Deeanne); brother, Nicholas (Barbara); sister-in-law, Kathleen Barbera; nieces and nephews, Jodi Barbera, Joseph (Kelly) Barbera, Jason (Aoibheann) Barbera, Thomas (Hannah) Noce; aunts, Janet Vacca and Lillian Agostinelli; and uncle, Michael Noce; many cousins, great-nieces and nephews; and longtime friend, Michael T. DiPrima. He will be missed by many and forever be in everyone’s hearts that he touched. Charles's Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 1PM at St. Louis Church, 64 Main St., Pittsford. The family requests, in lieu of donations, that you perform a charitable act for those in need in Charles’ memory.
