Joe, Laurel and I extend our heart felt condolence to you and your family. In the very brief meeting we had with you and your father I was left with two distinct impressions; first and foremost the immense love he had for his wife and second his passion for Opera. I casually remarked something about the "Fat lady singing." and that's when he began my education into one of music's finest expressions. I have a dozen of your father's Opera CDs in my growing collection. One in particular (Anna Netrebko) which he played in his office for me. Now, whenever I listen to Opera I think of the man who first exposed me to its beauty. It was obvious from the pictures in his office and the way he spoke so lovingly of his wife and family that he was a very special man. All our best to you and your family, Greg & Laurel Ferguson

Marie, Joe and Mike,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Tony. He lived a life that made him happy and fulfilled each day. He had such a wonderful loving family.
I have very fond memories of him, especially as a child. He would give my siblings and I a silver dollar on his way out the door, after a visit. A nice memory that has stuck with me.
My thoughts and prayers to you and your families.

The LaFay household was like a second home to me for many years through my high school years and beyond. Mr. LaFay was a very accomplished and successful man, however his greatest accomplishment was being an incredible father and raising three amazing children with his equally wonderful wife, Roseann. I will always cherish the memories of my time spent with the LaFays. There was always love, respect, delicious food, and hearty laughs at the LaFay home. The memories of my time spent with Tony, Roseann, Mike, Joe, and Marie will always remain close to my heart.

Anthony came into my life during early years of Buteins & LaFay. Tony became gold of various deals. Always with his great smile and special laugh, Tony and RoseAnn became part of the Sexstone Family there for marriages, birth of children, deaths they were family. I was just a kid, went into police department meet a lot of good attorneys none gave me better advice helped me and my wife, my 2 brothers. I am a better person because of Tony LaFay. Tony is back with his beloved RoseAnn. God Bless them both.

I met Anthony when I was 20 years old. For 51 years he served as my attorney but became a friend along the way for years.I would visit him and we would laugh about "Things". Such a wonderful man. He loved his family so much and talked about them a lot with me. He was a family Attorney and he even served my son who also used his services.
I will miss him.
Rest Anthony you had a wonderful run.
Thank You all all you did for me.

I first met Anthony at high school in East Rochester (Class of 1954).. He always attended our class reunions and was a great guy to know. He was my personal lawyer for many years. I last visited him at his home in Perinton.about 2 weeks ago and he said he was ready to go and was looking forward to seeing his wife Roseann again. Rest in peace Anthony.

We would like to offer our condolences to the LaFay family as you grieve the lost of Anthony. He was a kind man to our family and a comfort during a time of turmoil.
We used to see him at the cemetery frequently, visiting the burial site of his beloved wife. Watching him keep her company will always touch my heart, a true display of love and devotion.
You are in our prayers,
Marc and Lynn Lewandowski and Family

I met Anthony through Jack Fox 25 years ago who was a long time client of his and I have to say he was one of the nicest guys I ever met. As a client he helped me with a situation many years ago but I have to admit he was one of the most efficient, thorough and straight forward people I knew. As a lawyer he was dedicated and I could tell he loved what he did and took care of things in a timely manner and was one of the best. There will never be another like him and he is definitely the last of the great ones as a man and a lawyer. He will be deeply missed and I can only hope he is at peace. Rest easy Anthony, you are loved and missed dearly.

Panorea and I will always hold Anthony close to our hearts. He was a very generous, and kind hearted man who I enjoyed to talk to for 18 years. There was only one time that I stumped him with a dad joke I knew, the highlight of my week. I always knew when I wanted a snack that he would have some to give me. Anthony was probably one of the reasons that Panorea came out of shell because he wouldn't let her hide behind my legs when she was a a toddler. Panorea and I give our love to the LaFay family. Anthony is already missed by us.
