I just heard of Mike’s passing. I’m so sorry to hear this. He was such a good guy and a great neighbor! I just saw him not too long ago and he told me how he remembered the day I went into labor with my first born because he was out in knee deep snow helping my husband to shovel the driveway so we could leave and get to the hospital. That was Mike. He was always there with a helping hand. My husband lived in our house for a couple of years before I met him and told me Mike would always help. He would wake up and his driveway was already plowed by Mike. One day we saw the cutest little blue Adirondack chair in our lawn perfect for our little toddler. It took us about a month or longer before we found out it was Mike and his wife who gave it to us. They do so much for others without wanting any recognition or credit. I’m so glad I got to thank him for that which was only a few weeks ago. He had such a big heart and a kind soul! I will never forget him. My heart aches for his wife and family. Praying for him and his family!

I have become such good friend with Michael he was like by brother from another mother. A wonder neighbor and friend! He had an Incredible giving heart. He taught me about animal’s especially horses and what to look at and what to watch for in racing. We laughed and cried together! This is such a very sad horrible loss for his family! God be with all of you. Fly high with the angels Michael you deserve to be in peace.

Mike was a loyal friend and always fun to be around. He adored Erin, Kara, Brenna, and Liam and loved life. He was an ardent deer hunter and golfer, and supported Brenna wholeheartedly in her passion for horses. He was a neighbor for many years, and made a great neighbor! He will be very missed by me and my family.
