I lived in Yap in the early 1980’s when Glenn was the ROICC for the Navy on the new airfield project. I was a totally green planner working for Yap State. Glenn took me under his wing and taught me so much about field engineering, construction contracts and cultural humility. I will always remember him fondly and affectionately. Kammagar, Glenn!

My favorite memories of Glenn are from when we were little kids running all around his house. We would get scolded by Bernie but never Glen, he let us kids just run around and have fun. I don't think he had a mean bone in his body, I've never seen him be anything but infinitely kind. He was such a bright light to this world and there will never be another like him. I'm so lucky to have had him in my life. I love you and miss you Glenn

Glenn was one of the most intelligent, humble, loyal and kind individuals that I ever had the honor of knowing. I enjoyed every single conversation we had and have missed him terribly since his retirement from C&S. I am sending his family all of my love and my husband's as well, as they also had a fantastic relationship at C&S. I will always think fondly and smile at the mention of his name. May you find comfort in your memories during this very difficult time. He will be greatly missed.

Glenn was a genuine soul. He went out of his way to care and loved everyone he met. He had such a wholesome smile and laugh, that made you feel like you were one of a kind. He respected others, shared words of wisdom and his humble ways made him a beautiful person inside and out. We love and cherish the moments we had with this amazing man, we are sad to see another great soul taken to soon but shall he rest in peace, one that’s more deserving to him and the skies above. Fly high, God has gained another angel to watch over its people.

Glenn was a great guy, he was always helping people, like the people of Yap by building a school and the airport. Whenever we needed help he was always there, and we were very grateful. When my mother and brother passed he gave so much help and emotional support. He'll be missed by all who knew him.

Glenn was my mentor during my time at C&S. He was such an inspirational educator and leader that I am forever grateful to him for fueling my growth and helping me become the Engineer that I am today. He would drop whatever he was doing to listen and offer an experienced perspective. I am thankful for that! He was never shy to share his life experiences and talk about his wonderful family. I absolutely enjoyed his stories. To Glenn's Family, we are thinking of you as you celebrate his life and are sending lots of prayers!!

Glenn was one of the most kind, gentle, humble and intelligent people I've ever met. I am keenly aware of how much he treasured family and no matter how busy he was, Glenn always had time to stop and chat. He showed genuine interest in those he came in contact with, and I learned a great deal from him both technically and interpersonally. I'll miss him and I hope the family takes strength from the many lives that he touched in such positive ways.

Glenn was an excellent role model for many at C&S. Besides being incredibly smart and wise, he always was willing to take time to teach and provide additional resources for learning. He was incredibly valuable in the early part of my career in providing foundational examples of integrity and ethics. He was very encouraging and positive regardless of challenges.

My condolences to Glenn's family. He was somebody I looked up to at C&S and I enjoyed many conversations with him about his experiences while serving in the Navy. Those stories, his attention to detail, and the way he interacted with others made an impression on me - I am grateful for that. He was truly a top-notch man. Respectfully - Bryn

Glenn and his family were wonderful neighbors and close friends in South Weedsport and parishioners of St Joseph Church in Weedsport. We often joked and jabbed when we all meet up at church and social gatherings..!! His character and family commitment is one to be much admired by myself and others in the community..!! We need more people in this world like Glenn.!! He will be greatly missed..!!!

I had the immense pleasure of working with Glenn for several years. His knowledge and ability to speak of so many things always drew me in. He was always quick with a smile and witty comment that always made my day. May his family go forward knowing he loved them so much and will always be a memory away.
With sympathy,
Wendy Fragola
