Sal & Matilda, So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. May God give you peace and strength in your time of need. I will always remember your mom as a very friendly, kind and loving person and she was always smiling. Now your mom is with your dad and they are both watching over you. Stella and Joe moved next door to us in the 1960’s. They were the most gracious and giving individuals I ever met. Every Christmas they gave us homemade wine , pizzeles and a beautiful baked tree. They both sat at my father’s and mother’s calling hours and were the kindest most gentle people. I remember Stella at 6 am sweeping the sidewalk in front of their home and always calling out hi how are you ?? They will always be part of my memories of growing f up on West Elm and I will never forget their kindness and care. My entire nuclear family is gone now but the wonderful memories live on … Rest in peace Stella… love to your family
