I am sorry to learn of Frank’s passing. I worked with him at RPC for more than 20 years. He always had a smile and a kind word. His work was exemplary and his friendship was a blessing. Thanks, Frankie!
I always loved coming over and talking to “Frank the gangsta” it was like talking to my own father. He was such a loving,humble and wise man. He helped me with more than he even knew. Thank you Frank, I’ll miss you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you navigate this difficult time. What I remember most about Frank is his smile. He was patient, kind and never complained which is remarkable and speaks to his character.
I worked with Frank for many years in the Work Control Center at RPC. Frank was always a wonderful, caring co worker and every morning he made sure I had my coffee. Lol. So very sad to hear this news.
